Today working with Richard Amor Allan we took a brief look at moving image using the Nikon D750.
Richard ran through the set up for getting the camera into video mode. Looking at ISO, Aperture and Shutter speed we went into the Henrion gallery to film each other with window light.
Back in the workroom we then focussed on the tables set up with ‘pop’ figures, lit with static LED lighting. Richard advised on moving with the camera and finding the easiest way to reduce camera shake whilst moving around the tables.
The session gave us quite a bit to think about. I think it will be a challenge to run through the settings again to set up for video for me personally, and hopefully I can leave that until after this semester!
