Short meeting for the group with Becky Nunes entitled ‘intro to brief’…
Well, just when you think you have a handle on things and all your ducks in a row it all goes belly-up!
(or should that be bottoms as they’re ducks?)
I quite like the blog and its tasks…Wait… ‘like’ might be a tad overstating…’cope’ might be a better description as in “so far, I’ve been able to cope with the blog tasks” – yes that sounds about right!
Now – it seems [slap bang in the middle of getting creative and productive for the Novus 23 finale) we have to ‘create’ an ‘Impossible Exhibition’ – I inwardly sigh! “Use your imagination” Becky says, “imagine you can exhibit your work ANYWHERE plan out the space, which images you’d use, (oh and while you’re at it) also decide which other THREE Photographers work you would have to join yours. Decide which of their images you’d use and put that into your awesome ‘imaginary’ plan. Then of course you really need to ‘pitch’ the idea to an ‘imaginary’ panel to see if they think your fantastical plan will be exhibition worthy… So we need a ten minute power point too – thank you!
At this point all my ducks paddle off to swim in better climes and I’m left open mouthed and sploshing around wondering if I chose the wrong course!!
